The DBT (Design, Build & Test) workstream is currently being formed and therefore has not yet received external support.

7. The document 'Further Competition Bid Pack Att1v1.0' refers to two contract lengths: 1 year, 2 months and 0 years, 7 months. Could you please confirm the expected contract length?

1 year, 2 months is the initial contract length. 7 months is the optional extension length

9. Would Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaboration consider alternative commercial relationships? Would you consider multiple contracts for suppliers providing deliverables funder the auspices of the winning bidder?

This further competition is for a single contract to a prime supplier who may have sub-contractors.

10. In Attachment "Additional Information - Final.PDF" it is stated that 'specific demonstrable experience of deploying MEDITECH Expanse within NHS Trusts or similar organisations' is required. Within the question set suppliers need to respond to it states 'Please provide two examples of where this has been delivered within the NHS'. We note the clarification answer regarding the ability to use 'non-NHS such as Private Healthcare' - can we confirm that as part of the two examples we can use both NHS and non NHS within our responses for this phase of the bid?

From reading the supporting information we understand that the TBD resourcing line or s3.1 of the "NWAHC Design Build Test - Additional Information - Final.pdf" are resources that could be provided by the Trust or the Implementation Partner. Will bidders be expected to price all resources at phase 2 of the bid, or provide a fixed price for the deliverables and a rate cards for the resources in the TBD line?

Bidders will be expected to price all resources at phase 2 of the bid. TBD resources will be considered as optional scope Full details will be released as part of the commercial response in phase 2.

13. In Attachment 1 - Statement of Requirements, "Any work that’s already been done" you state 'each DBT project team has the following structure as a minimum: • 1 x Project Manager • 1 x Application Analyst / Training Lead (SME) • 1 x Lead analyst • 1 x Analyst On review of the Additional Information - Final.Pdf s3.1, we note that not every DBT has this structure, Pharmacy and ED for example follow a different resourcing structure that appears smaller. Is this correct and do these modalities differ in resourcing makeup?
