3. Good afternoon Where it states IR35 rules may apply, can you confirm if this will be Inside or Outside IR35. Can you also advise what the expected work structure would be, would the MDM engineer and Business Analyst work full time for the full duration or would it require ad-hoc work at different stages?
The Department has reviewed and classified the roles within this outcome as Inside IR35 Given the delivery time on this project we expect the both the BA and Engineer to be working full time on this piece of work

4. Could you please provide a guide on what SFIA grade the BA and Infrastructure Engineer would be please? Could you also provide further details on the format of the stage 2 response (interview, written response, how many words per each question etc)
