The Enterprise Topology model for TPR was previously setup to support an On-Premise application suite and mostly office-based Users. As the organisation has moved to the Cloud and adopted Hybrid working the lack of an up-to-date Enterprise Map for TPR is causing a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to, concerns over the Resilience/Business Continuity and Data Lineage/Governance, Transformation to a data-led and digitally enabled organisation, Security and cost of ownership.

TPR have organisational risks aligned to the lack of documentation and understanding of our technology estate. We are looking for a supplier to review our current position and provide a plan, method and deliverables to allow us to start putting some enterprise architecture and mapping in place as well as propose the best way to ensure it is embedded and maintained.
