RNOH are seeking to appoint a Consultancy Partner with expertise in Electronic Patient Records (EPR) to engage internally within RNOH stakeholders; Clinical, Consultants, Non-clinical, Medical Director, EPR Programme Director and Chief Financial Officer reporting to the EPR Programme Director and Programme Manager and external stakeholders from NCL ICB (North Central London Integrated Board), Frontline Digitalisation to support the EPR digital programme for RNOH to: a) Develop a framework for measuring the change and its impact on the organisation through the definition of and implementation of a business benefits methodology. b) Create a Full Business Case for approval by the Trust Board providing authority to proceed to contract award. Other NHS bodies may be engaged in the final approvals process (e.g. NHS Improvement) c) Develop a Data Migration Approach d) Create a Trust Data Strategy to support the EPR implementation e) Conduct all procurement activities required to select an EPR supplier within the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Clinical Digital Framework f) Negotiate, compile and finalise the EPR Contract with the preferred supplier g) Plan and prepare for the Implementation phase of the Programme Further information is in the attached specification document
