DWP is seeking a delivery partner to undertake discovery, design, and migration preparation for its Identity and Encryption Services, supporting a transition from on premises hosting (OPH) to an Azure native cloud model. The work will establish a clear understanding of the current estate, define a secure target architecture and develop a structured migration approach that reduces reliance on hybrid infrastructure.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued via the e‑procurement system, Atamis, on 15th June 2026. The deadline for the submission of bids will be 30th June 2026. Subject to completion of the evaluation process and the necessary approvals, it is anticipated that the Contract Award Notice will be published on 23rd July 2026. The contract is scheduled to commence on 4th August 2026.
