The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) intends to use the MoJ e Sourcing portal to run Invitations to Tender (ITT) for relevant DOS7 competitions, (subject to use of the DOS7 filtering tool). Suppliers down selected for this procurement should ensure they are registered on the portal. All ITT activity and communications between MoJ and down selected suppliers will usually be conducted through the MoJ e Sourcing portal. Suppliers will be required to access the ITT documentation, submit clarification questions, and upload their tender responses via the portal.
