Suppliers must submit their responses via Peabody’s e-procurement portal (Delta eSourcing). The procurement will be conducted as a two-stage process. Stage 1 responses will be evaluated to shortlist suppliers. Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to Stage 2 to provide detailed proposals, attend demonstrations and submit pricing. Full instructions and timelines will be provided within the ITT documentation.
