Existing team
-
The Non-Standard Service Request Team is led by a Senior Crown Servant based at Corsham. The current contractor team consists of a Programme Manager, Project Support, Architects, Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers. The number of Crown Servants is also increasing and will provide project delivery of NSSR projects as well.
-
Address where the work will be done
-
A very small, full time management team will be required to work at MoD Corsham, Westwells Road, Corsham, Wiltshire SN139NR to join the existing Crown Servant NSSR Management. This is required at least once a week at present although may change in the future. Non-Standard Service Requests are delivered across multiple sites in the UK and overseas, at multiple locations. Travel will be necessary to all parts of the UK and there will be a requirement for occasional overseas travel.
-
Working arrangements
-
The contractor team will be required to manage all the deliveries they are allocated. Therefore, a Programme Manager should be available to attend MoD Corsham at least once a week and report to a Senior Crown Servant who will provide strategic direction. Programme Manager attendance at MOD Corsham is likely to be at least one day per week but frequency may increase throughout the duration of the contract. Delivery Managers should work into the Programme Manager and should be able to travel to sites in the UK and overseas if required. The contractor Programme Manager should manage and run the programme, seeking only advice and guidance from the Senior Crown Servant where it is considered necessary.
