The business problem you need to solve

• Our internal Salesforce team offers first and second line support for our Salesforce users however, we need to be able to call on expertise to offer advice and guidance and deliver configuration and development beyond the internal teams capabilities. • Salesforce projects e.g. to support new products and programmes • We need expert resource to advise on Salesforce activity including data security, Salesforce releases and best practice on all aspects of maintaining a healthy Salesforce instance across Sales and Community clouds (future use of Service Cloud TBC). We need ad hoc support availability for our Salesforce team 8am to 6pm UK time on all aspects of our instance including optimising and supporting our current setup, making full-use of features and delivering or assisting to deliver as yet unspecified development work.
