About this lot

Applications that are accessed over the internet and hosted in the cloud, e.g. accounting tools or customer service management software.



To use this service you will need to sign in to, or create an account for, the Public Procurement Gateway.

The Public Procurement Gateway helps you to access the different procurement services available to the public sector.



Before you start

Before you start you should write a list of requirements and check if you need approval to spend money on a service.

To buy from this lot you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Name your project

    You can name your project in this section.

  2. Save a search

    Save your search so you can export your results later. You must buy fairly and assess all the services that you find. Do not combine the results of more than one search.

  3. Start assessing services

    Follow the guidance for assessing services. Choose the one that best meets your budget and requirements.

    Do not hold a competition to decide the winner. You can contact suppliers to ask clarification questions, but you must not negotiate with them.

  4. Award a contract

    Follow the guidance for awarding a contract. Check if you need to publish the details on Contracts Finder. Whether or not you award a contract, tell us the outcome. This information helps us improve.

  5. Submit a Customer Benefits Record

    You must submit a Customer Benefits Record. The Crown Commercial Service will contact you if they find any issues with the supplier.
